Greatness! Bliss! Grace! Welcome to Earth! You have been born and was fed with care. Much much care. Care and thus love. You were nurtured by your caretakers and soon learned to walk. Now you can read -or listen to someone or thing reading this- and have most likely been driving your car along others for some years now.

Your skull has been ridgedly set and nobody taught you about the energy flow of the adam and eve inside of you, nor did anyone explain that there is divine energy inside, above and around you. Perhaps you have been competing with everyone around you for various causes, winning various prizes even. Racing through the days, the people and adventures, wildly.

Most kids are looking for something fun to do, or a way to repeat the fun they had. The need to develop already lies within us, like the layout of the leaves of a plant are already in the seed, we have not only our container, also what we fill it with pulls us to find joy in learning -mostly about that what makes us feel good- and when we grow older we need to hunt, unless our world has already become awesome, and we will be seeking hunting grounds, a cave and things for things. Which might be us thinking about a big house, or a tiny one, doubting between a car and a cargo bike, this or that city, a job or a career; there might be many things on your pathway that keep you busy. Whilst you might move from the one set of people to the other or not, you will always be .. in the rat race.

In the future, healing is not done with medicine, it is done by balancing the adam and the eve, the ida and pingala, which you can see as the snakes on the staff of medicine that you see at an apothecary, they represent the tree of life and the tree of knowledge that run through our bodies. By making sure that you have enough prana – say chi, essence or life energy- flowing through you. To be able to live forever you need to cultivate this energy properly and make it flow round and round. Nowadays we spend our energy, on the most ridiculous things, and do not know how to get it back. Once we have reached form, around the age of 21, the body starts to eat itself if there is not enough energy to go around. Lets just say it again: Welcome to the age of Aquarius.

Yet we all grow from the clay, the earth. Needing to cultivate this being that grows through stages to find the energy and learn to maintain it. You might not have been born in a community where great teachers brought the light that your parents are still carrying, making everyone 21 forever. No need to worry, one day you will be born there too. For now you are on your way, and you have even managed to get your hands on this driving manual. Perhaps you are interested in the other cars or drivers, or even crashing into them. much alike trees and puppies, we have incredible drive to grow. luckily we can move around. Where most plants have to stay put, you can move around. Luckily you don’t have to mark and defend a whole route in the city, like a puppy thinks it must. Many people are still on their way, actually almost all people around you are on their way. Some growing strong like a tree and some fluttering like a butterfly. And some, just like a puppy, lightly biting, barking and marking.

As we have seen before, everything is looking for love, for the positive allocation in life. The essence of life, the result of light and logic that feeds all. Be it plants that grow to the sun, animals hunting for food or safety, or a child trying to get love from its environment. When a human grows, they go, to keep it simple, through three phases: to have fun, to have joy and to have happiness. The child, you, grows, like intended, it explores anything, and the good things stick. Will someone laugh or give attention to behavior? it gets repeated. Is the kid bored? It will try to get engagement in any way possible. It can even grow into a bit of a bastard, hunting anything we have taught, and anything learned, that rewards. In the time that follows, the map starts to grow, the child seeks engagement on a larger base, to play with toys that allow interaction on a higher level. Just like it wanted to make sounds when adults were speaking and started to try to walk as everyone else was, the child will want to join the table, the community and will seek options to engage with others. Instead of just having fun by itself and puzzling about, it now starts to engage with the joy of life, sharing the fun gives more love. This phase allows the child to grow further and the different engagements, playing, eating, learning move the body into the next phase. Here we start to get a form that allows us to partake in happiness, where we can channel our energy into the world and get even more love back. The form of the human, as mentioned has been programmed well, and a lot of energy will start surging along the bottom channel that is formed first. From here we spend a number of years developing all the elements of our programming until the full library is available to us. Many are not aware about this and sometimes suffer this path in which we grow.

Don’t forget, if you laugh, walk, talk; the child copies anything. Like anything, we are hunting love, the unpleasant things get cried at, good things repeated. During the first two phases we learn to deal with negative impacts, or not. We still play a lot with our own experience with the thing around us yet after a number of years, often around 7 we have changed our fun into joy, exploring toys and actions that connect to the world and the other people. the phase of learning to play together never stops yet by the time hormones come, the whole of playing gets diverted into the build of a physical functional form, that can channel the energy of the world around us through ourselves instead of through others. This starts at the bottom

every plant is different, every puppy is and so every child has their own form. With all the cars pulling and pushing on the road and parents who themselves are still learning to play together. often we start driving in the same direction, with, of course, the standard rebellious safety of your inner manu wanting to explore the road, the way home. Which sometimes means doing the opposite of our parents. Yet many appletrees grow next to each other and only sometimes seed is carried far away by a bird. wherever you grow, you will learn to have fun, will look for joy and then start working on your form. racing between all the other kids and adults to find a place to live and play. a place to work and eat. no longer are you exploring, no longer are you exploring no longer do you seek your inner manu. For now you are caught up in a rat race.

Enjoy the race. Drive that car.

Because it is more exciting than formula 1 to win this race, well, sort of. You will be able to start to enjoy everything.

If there is a driver’s license and everyone is racing isn’t that going to be an incredibly crowded road?

Everyone is welcome in the house of the father, Heaven. And everyone, everything, is racing to get there. Look around you to see the endless and peaceful road, depending on in what life and where you are of course. The road might be very crowded yet that is not a problem at all, the parkour of the formula 9001 lies within yourself.

Now this sounds a lot more exciting then the Rat Race! Where do we start? How do we get there? To be able to see the route you need to have a clean window, not too many post-its with yesterdays notes on it. A clear back-seat with not too much fast food trash on it also helps to see what turns you can take and steer clearly. Maybe you will one day be able to take someone along too, when your car is clean, the journey will be much more enjoyable.

because it is you driving, the only person who makes decisions, is you. what you hear, and how you hear it, what you say, and how you say it, that is all you.

If you wish to see the road, stay calm, clean your car and have a look around you. Many, many cars are on their way, on many different levels of this race, you can see how people suffer hanging with the lower part of their system. They go happy-sad, and repeat this, hunting feelings that never satisfy them. Basically a trap. where many cars are bumping into each other, looking for answers whilst they should be forming their fun into joy, or even happiness.

Look at the road again, it is your road. You need to channel your passion and between all the others. The more genuine you can do this the more people will love it and the rewards will be endless. Clean your windows real good; your self-reflection might shock you, or your sticky-notes might distract you, and you will forget to stay calm enjoy the ride.

use what you have got. When you got that snare and play the tunes of passion, no matter what you make your friends and family will be there for you. Many more will join them once you start to give to the world, that what you can make and be. You will see, the whole world is your family, and being who you are in this life is the way up, by moving forward. Give, give it all, and get rewarded equally.

Take that chance, be it quitting that addiction, writing that song or making that product, do it in the good flow of your friends and family and feel the support bloom, you are on your way up, on the right track to win in this race.

A race where all win.

This whole booklet is about learning to drive your car. Of course you have been doing nothing else than driving and learning to race through anything around you, every day, every year.

There is, technically, no need for anyone to learn to drive the car, after many a lifetime, there will come a day where you are in the driver-seat. Full on awake, Full on aware and ready to pass over at any moment yet not ready to leave that body. Perhaps you will become super-awesome and you just stay where you are.

Driving your car basically means driving through that rat race. Or out of it. To actually become the driver in the seat, one often needs to pass-over, to ascend, to become reborn. Where one realizes that shame is not a thing and that life is the best gift ever.

because many of us are on the way many people have just started driving themselves they will need to believe that it is possible to drive the race again next life in another body or ever without body at all. For that you need to reach a certain level. Being able to race without a car is what we call an angel or a master of the universe. this is the price one wins at the end of the race. after a lot of driving. to be able to go to the first stage of the race one might need to learn how this works. a bit like getting a drivers license, with some lessons, lots of teachers and no real exam other than real life testing it out. the lessons start when you start first you get form. play for fun which makes you grow and the system starts eating higher level fun which makes you grow even more, where in puberty there comes the shaping of your form, where you start learning how to regulate what pulls and pushes you on the road of life.

these seven years of forming are about happiness, which will only come as the result of actions you undertake. Learning to play with others gave you good energy and whilst forming, you managed to get your need for energy up from the low vibrations generated by the food and overcome the wild attraction of sexuality that can make one lose much energy.

The selfish part basically. Important for the form, it wishes to stay alive and therefor must eat, and to be able to have forms it must recreate, yet these are costly ways to manage one’s life-form all in all. In the years of growing form we learn to get the energy from the world around us, pulling our desires up, using the food we eat to be able to generate joy and learning how between the endless families we can create joy in others. This last step is where we start using our heart, to get good feelings and when we can share what we like, we get good vibes deep within ourselves.

When we are not able to share what we like we sometimes get disappointed, creating a negative vibration within, that we then often also share with the world around us. Because we, and many around us, are on our way, being a running reflection in action, without full understanding of this process, we often do not know why we like the things we like doing. Knowing that the energy comes from everywhere and that we hook into this with our actions, driven by our great form. makes us focus on the thing that works best for us. a bit like how we learn to start walking. In this case, using our form to connect to others is something we have also copied from the world around us yet it does not mean we really know how to drive or where we are driving to. sometimes people follow their lower programming much and end up not connecting to others at all. falling back into fun, rather than moving from joy to happiness. this often makes people sad, where they repeat the behavior that makes them happy, resulting in a spiral down; happy then sad, then happy, then sad. They end up consuming a lot instead of making and giving. Lest be that they can follow their heart, which many people would talk about, yet hopefully now, would understand.

the drive of the inner manu never leaves, our spirit is strong and is what delivers us the power to stay alive, the channeling of the essence that makes us withstand the world around us, gravity, wind, temperature, time and so on, comes from our ability to move love through ourselves. No matter how much friction it brings, people will always try to connect. When we are below the line, we are sometimes brutally harvesting attention from around us, something you would expect from a young child that is still learning how this works.

because you are on your way you were born in a specific place, you are a special person and your race is yours to ride. when you manage to move your inner energy from the lower fiery regions closer to the heart, you will find what we call passion. A strong desire to be part of that part of life that brings joy to everyone. Or you might even rise the heart up to the lord, inside of you, to your inner manu’s desire of becoming, wishing happiness for all, a way for all to share joy and live forevermore.

sometimes you are born in such a way that your passion is sheer compassion. one of the highest forms of being driven to connect positively. learning to channel your passion into the world around you are the drivers lessons. Channeling your drive is the exam, being able to channel your energy helps you race to the top of any mountain and before you know you might score that so called license.
